Professor Samuel O. Gyandoh is a Professor of Law Emeritus from the prestigious Temple School of Law, Philadelphia, USA, and provided legal expertise in Athens (Greece), Tel Aviv( Isreal) and Tokyo(Japan) mainly in constitutional and business law.
He is a former Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Legon and has also served as Chairman or Member of Ghana Government appointed Commissions / Committees of Inquiry. Professor Samuel O. Gyandoh is a co-founder of Gyandoh Asmah & Co.
