John is a well accomplished business lawyer with over 28 years of experience having been admitted into practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia in 1994. The Law Offices of John Herbert was set up in Georgia in 1994, Herbert and Wolf in 2013, and Herbert Sparks in 2014 as John's unparalleled contribution to the development of law in Georgia which has steamrolled on with several courtroom victories and accomplishments in business law. John has served as the Director of Legal and Compliance at the African Power Initiative since January 2007 and Managing Partner of Herbert Legal Group, based in Roswell, Georgia, Atlanta where he has represented several small to medium-sized business clients in their business. John has also been a member of the USA Fairfund Foundation since 2004.
