Professor Samuel O Gyandoh
Professor Samuel O. Gyandoh is a Professor of Law Emeritus from the prestigious Temple School of Law, Philadelphia, USA, and provided legal expertise in Athens (Greece), Tel Aviv (Israel) and Tokyo (Japan) mainly in constitutional and business law. He is a former Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Legon and has also served as Chairman or Member of Ghana Government appointed Commissions / Committees of Inquiry. Professor Samuel O. Gyandoh is a co-founder of Gyandoh Asmah & Co.
Kofi Asmah
Kofi Asmah has previous work experience with Diageo - Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited and has provided client service to Unilever, and Nestlé. Kofi currently advises and provides services to many corporate and individual clients on debt recovery, litigation, general commercial matters, real estate, trade, and finance sectors. Kofi has been to several prestigious institutions, his latest being the Said Business School of Oxford University. He is currently Co-Chair for the Ghanaian Hungarian Business Council, and a director of the African Economic Development Center of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also Principal Consultant for Baume, Barry and Geller, an international business advisory and facilitation consulting organization.
